An impressively comprehensive piece of scholarship at this link. One might argue whether this is "over-annotated" to the point of distracting the reader, but it does have the advantage over conventional annotated books of also having hyperlinks to Wiki pages and other source material.
Probably best used not as a primary read, but as a source for research when you encounter an unusual term in the book.
